This session will feature a discussion on coding and documentation requirements for common diagnostic radiology services. The webinar will cover the key elements that should be part of every diagnostic radiology report, the rules for diagnostic test orders and how they differ from the hospital setting to office setting. Additionally, the most common documentation deficiencies noted during diagnostic radiology audits will also be shared.
